SUNRISE

Well surprise surprise! I have finally seen a sunrise!

Because we are half an hour back from everyone else.....well except Queensland that doesn’t take daylight savings.....and because we don’t get to bed till way after midnight.....I don’t get to see a sunrise. ( My excuse )

Also....it’s very dark here in the eastern part of Aus in the morning...so it’s hard to guess the time....anyway....enough excuses....I’m on holiday!!....I don’t need an excuse...;)

It was lovely...so much so we have decided to stay here for the week.

Our neighbour over the road here from Tweed went out crabbing, got lots, so he boiled them up and gave us quite a few.....never eaten crab before....

I sent Ed off to the huge camp kitchen we have here to cook the salmon I had bought for dinner.....I told him if anyone asks.....tell them you just caught it out the front ...... :)..... Tasmanian Salmon!!
