Well the thing about not posting for a while, is remembering back at everything that has happened since arriving here in Geelong.

And there has been lots happening!!

There have been birthdays, graduations, and more birthdays and Christmas shopping!!

Two days after we arrived we all went out to lunch at the Geelong Football Club Bistro. We had a lovely lunch and tried our luck at Keno, and everyone picked their lucky number, but unfortunately, it was not to be, but it didn't matter as we all had a good time.

I was given a lovely birthday present. I really love my candles, so this is my advent calendar, and behind each door you open, has a beautiful smelling candle. I just love it !!

Happy Birthday Melinda.   Unfortunately Mel had to work on her birthday, so we took the kids down to Queenscliff Beach and had fish and chips for lunch. At Queenscliff Beach, you can watch all the boats go through "the rip" as its called. Its where all the boats that leave Melbourne, and arrive from overseas have to go through the heads and out to sea. It can be quite rough on a bad day, but it was ok that day we were there. The boys learnt that there is a pilot boat that takes the pilot out to the ships where they pilot the boats through the heads and out to sea, or in to port.

This was written in the sand by the boys wishing their Mum a happy birthday.

Byron was feeding, well teasing really, the seagulls with his left over chips. If you look closer, you can see them all lined up on the ledge of the window.
And this was done by the kids just for their nan and grandad xx

This was Byron and Noah's graduation night. They have finished at primary school, and now looking forward to going to High school.
Byron i know you don't like your photo taken, and he will be so upset with me for posting these, but i know you love me so you wont mind xx

All their mates and teachers signed their graduation bears.

The boys had to go to school for their last day, so we caught the train and went up to Melbourne for the day.  We both love Melbourne as it has such lovely old buildings, well old in the sense of Australia being only 200+ years old!!  I took so many photos that day, over 200, but had to condense them down as that would have bored everyone senseless!! But it was hard to pick which ones to delete.

So here goes, you better grab a cuppa first !!!

And last of all, i have just taken these photos of the sunset here. In Geelong, it stays lighter for longer than it does up at Tweed, but being that is so hot up at Tweed this time of the year, we are all glad to see the back of the sun by the time it does go down.!! It was a lovely sunset here tonight.

Well that's it for now. Gosh that was such a marathon, i really have to keep up to date!!  3 more days to Christmas, so more photos to come.
Love you Bett x
