MANILLA

Travelled along the Fossickers Way about 80 Klm this morning to Manilla. 

Another small town that we hadn’t been to before with a population of about 2,000. 

I was reading up on the town, and Fiona Coote, the youngest heart transplant patient at 14, comes from here. That was back in 1984!!! 😱 geez time flies.....she is fit and well at 45!!! 

Manilla is on the junction of the Namoi & Manilla rivers 

Went for a walk .......

Ed found a mate .....another nag 😂😂😂

Went into town for a walk ......

And this is where we are camped for the night...

Along the river under this lovely bridge. 

We can walk into town from here....and another van has just pulled in so we are not on our own...not that that ever worries us. Ed has just cooked dinner so I’m a happy camper 😊🏕🏕🏕⛰⛰🦆🦆🦋🦋
