SCARBOROUGH DAY 5

It’s Thursday and that means it’s Easter Friday tomorrow. 

We made the terrible blunder of not realising what day it was until we got to the shopping centre. 😳😳😱😱

Being we are in a beautiful part of Oz, and holiday time…..I think every person possible was at the shops today!

We really needed to get stuff, so mask on, shopping bags at the ready…..a mad dash in to the supermarket at lightening speed and out again!

No Easter Egg chocolate though!🤣🤣

It was really windy here today…enough to blow a dog of a chain …..but you can’t have perfect weather all the time. 

We took a trip over the bridge and had a stroll around Brighton & Sandgate.

There are some magnificent restored Queenslander homes there.

Stopped for a photo….unfortunately you can’t walk along the bottom as it’s been damaged by flooding….

But the sun shining on the sand flats as the tide was out was really pretty.

Our caravan park is quite full now with the holiday long weekend. 

I love the beach colours of these cabins…
