Left a wet, muddy campsite at Clifton after having a storm the night before. 

We were out of bed at 2 am taking in the awning before it took off to Kansas in the wind. We weren’t the only ones out at that time either struggling in the wind. 😂😂

It was sunny when we woke up this morning  which was good as Ed packed the outside and I did the inside.....we have a good system going...👍👍👍

So we have travelled  North .... and have found a nice spot at the very small town at Cooyar. 

There’s a pub.....but not much else. 

We are at a spot call Swinging Bridge campground. There are a couple of campers right down the back.... but that’s way too far in for me as we have a storm ⛈ 

looming.....

Just before the rain started.....we went for a walk and found the ‘bridge’

What a weird feeling that was, especially with Ed making it ‘swing’

There’s meant to be a river running under it, but we just had a green puddle 😕

Not far from the bridge was a little grave site.  

So sad 😞 

But it’s been restored.....and the bulbs still flower 🌷

Well we’ve just had a ripper of a storm and it’s just starting to clear with the thunder and lightning off in the distance.

The phone just wouldn’t let me keep writing as there was no internet and the storm was raging!!

We came out of it all unscathed so in the morning we packed up quick and made for another town with phone service!!😂😂😂
