IRYMPLE JOURNAL 25TH OCTOBER 2020
This move back to Irymple was just meant to be.
We left the caravan park on Friday 16th October to start our next chapter.
Just going back to that morning.....we had gotten up early to finish the last bit of packing up the caravan. It had rained the night before...(it always does when you are wanting to pack up and roll the awning away...dry...caravan travellers will understand what I mean 🤦♀️)
We couldn’t get the keys to our unit until the office opened at 9am...so we left the van all packed and headed in to town to pick up the keys.
We were so excited.......so with keys in hand....a car packed to the brim.... we headed straight to our new home.
We couldn’t remember anything of the unit as it was still occupied when we went to view it...so it was just a quick look around.
So first things first, before unloading the car, we went in to have our first good look of our new home.
It was better than we could ever imagined. It was so clean, so fresh and as it had only been all renovated 5 months ago, it was all new looking.
Everything was perfect.
And that’s when the tranquility stopped....and the moving in began!
We unloaded the car, dumped it in the spare room, and went back for the van.
We got the van settled on the front of the property, where it will stay, and started the unloading of it.
How??
How on earth did we ever fit so much in that 17ft caravan that we lived permanently in for over 3 years???🤔🤔🤔
How did that van move when we travelled all over Australia??🤔🤔🤔
🤦♀️🤦♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
I know next time we go travelling, it will not only be so much lighter to tow, we will definitely save on fuel! 💲💲💲💰
The sunset from our backyard.
Xxxx♥️♥️♥️
We had storm last night....apparently it was a spectacular light show with lots of thunder........didn’t hear a thing 😴😴
Will continue with the story of furnishing our home....
🥰🥰XXXXX
