SANDGATE/BRIGHTON

Today we said good bye to our friends from Tweed and in the afternoon went for a small drive over the bridge to the Sandgate/Brighton foreshore. 

Oh my gosh!!!!!

I was absolutely awe struck at the houses along the esplanade!!  I was driving ... so it was difficult to see them all but we are definitely going back so I can do the heritage walk and take a closer look. 

We drove on and found the Shorncliff Pier... formerly know as the Sandgate Pier. 

It did start to come over a very black so we will come back to the pier again next visit as well. 

We do love a good pier 🐠🐠🎣
